Christopher M. Caputo, Co-founder
Chris has been in the investment management industry since 1987. The first 14 years of his career were dedicated to managing total return bond funds for institutional investors as well as mutual funds for regional banking entities. The past 19 years he has been raising money for different managers ranging from all cap equity, small cap value, and global balanced. From 2011 through 2015 Chris was instrumental in raising the early money in the life settlement space for a startup fund and has since raised money for a multi-strat fund, high yield/distressed fund and a private credit fund. He earned his BBA (1987) and MBA (1989) from the University of Toledo.

Craig Millikin, CFA, Co-founder
Craig has been in the investment industry since 1992. He worked in investment banking and international equity sales & trading for 13 years. In 2005, he left the sell side to raise capital for Kabouter Management, an international small/micro cap fund which he helped grow from $10m to 250m AUM (now $4bn AUM). Craig has continued to raise capital for emerging managers including WaveFront Capital (emerging markets), Stride Capital (HF seeding) and Johkim Capital (high yield/distressed). Craig graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1992 with a Bachelors in Commerce and earned his CFA designation in 1995.
